This blog is set up to help people that might have a passing interest in buddhism or also for people who already have established a daily practice and are curious to see what another practitioner is doing.
I don’t particularliy have any insights or realizations to share, but reading and seeing about my own experiences maybe helpful and inspiring for others. Even though I’m primarily focusing on buddhism, this blog is really about trying to develop wisdom and compassion, and journey that occurs on this path. In that sense, this isn’t applicable only to buddhism, but more to a life that is moving towards peace of mind.
I’ll be posting links, videos and other things that I’ve found helpful or interesting in my own life and my intention is to share those with others
Stop by now and then and feel free to leave comments. =D
With this, I’ll leave with a nice quote from His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso
“There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness.”
