One thing I’ve noticed that HH the Dalai Lama invests a great amount of time in doing, is getting the different world religions to come together and find a common meeting point. In a recent lecture he gave at the University of Illinois Chicago (presented by the Theosophical Society), HH gives recommendations about how to learn about other traditions and in engaging in inter-faith dialogue. The talk is entitled “Bridging the Faith Divide.”

An interesting point, is that when he talks about “bridging the faith divide,” this also includes bridging the divides between religious and non-religious believers.
